  23. 2 This   product  cannot  be  sold   for  profit   (except  by
  24.    LeftJustified Publiks), nor can any portion  of this product
  25.    be  incorporated   into  any  other  document  intended  for
  26.    distribution,  whether  electronic  or printed,  without the
  27.    prior written permission of LeftJustified Publiks*. Agencies
  28.    that  distribute Shareware for fee may include this product,
  29.    as stipulated above,  in packages  featuring other Shareware
  30.    products  provided they  do  not  state or  imply rights  or
  31.    conditions contrary to those stated in this disclaimer or in
  32.    the License Agreement. Sysops and managers of storage facil-
  33.    ities are  authorized to store this  product IN ITS ARCHIVED
  34.    FORM ONLY without limitation of any kind.

  37.    distribution  of this  document can be  held  responsible or
  38.    liable  in any  way for  any  and  all technical problems or

  53.    your system.

  55.    This product is not designed for  network use and  may cause
  56.    access conflicts  when  the Bookmark  feature is used from a
  57.    network server.  It is  the  recommendation of LeftJustified
  58.    that  this  product  be utilized  only  as a distinct set of
  59.    files on each  machine where  it  will  be used.  (Networked
  60.    machines  may be used,  but the product should not be stored
  61.    on one machine for access by others.)

  68. License Agreement for "The Constitution"

  70.  UNREGISTERED USE --   This is a  legal agreement  between  you
  71.    and LeftJustified Publiks regarding the  use of this product
  72.    as  defined  in  the  "Disclaimer and conditions"  statement
  73.    above.  "Use"  is  defined  here  as  the  presence  of  the
  74.    individual product  files in  an  unarchived  form  on  your
  75.    system,  or as the operation or utilization of any or all of
  76.    the files that make up this product.

  78.    You are  allowed to use this  product on  a trial basis  for
  79.    fifteen (15) days.  Should you fail to register this product
  80.    by  the end of the fifteen day trial  you must stop using it
  81.    and  delete  it  from  your  machine  immediately (except as
  82.    provided in paragraph 2: "Sysops...".)

  84.  REGISTERED USE BY INDIVIDUAL --   This  is  a  legal agreement
  85.    between you  and LeftJustified Publiks  regarding the use of
  86.    this product as  stipulated  in  "Disclaimer and conditions"
  87.    above.  "Registered" is defined here as a condition when the
  88.    user has sent moneys as  specified by  LeftJustified Publiks
  89.    as payment for use of the product. LeftJustified will supply
  90.    the user a Registration Document containing information that
  91.    demonstrates  the  Registered  status  of the product on the
  92.    user's machine(s).

  94.    This  product  is  registered to you, by name,  and not to a
  95.    specific machine.   You may use  this product on  as many as
  96.    three  machines provided  that  you are  the owner or person
  97.    solely responsible for the machine (e.g. on a laptop provid-
  98.    ed by your employer.)    You CAN NOT under  any circumstance
  99.    share  registration  information  or  files  created  by the
  100.    registration process with any other person.   All conditions
  101.    for distribution stated above remain in effect.
  102.    You  can use the  Copy and Print features in this product to
  103.    reproduce the contents  for  your  own personal use, but you
  104.    can not reproduce  the product  contents for sale or distri-
  105.    bution except  with  specific  permission from the copyright
  106.    holder*.

  108.  REGISTERED USE BY INSTITUTION --   This  is a legal  agreement
  109.    between  your  organization  or  company  and  LeftJustified
  110.    Publiks regarding the  use of this product as defined in the
  111.    "Disclaimer and conditions"  statement above.   "Registered"
  112.    is defined  here as a condition where an agent of the insti-
  113.    tution has sent moneys as specified by LeftJustified Publiks
  114.    as payment for use of the product. LeftJustified will supply
  115.    the  agent a Registration  Document  containing  information
  116.    that  demonstrates  the  Registered status of the product on
  117.    one or more machines.

  119.    This product is registered to  the  institution and not to a
  120.    specific machine.  This product  can be  used  on as many as
  121.    three machines.
  122.    Multiple Registrations must  be purchased from LeftJustified
  123.    in any instance  where the product will be installed on more
  124.    than three machines or utilized by  more than three machines
  125.    on a network server. LeftJustified will create variations of
  126.    the  Institution  name  for  each registered instance of the
  127.    product, or otherwise stipulate the  number of Registrations
  128.    purchased.  Registration information or files created by the
  129.    registration process CAN NOT under any circumstance be shar-
  130.    ed with any other person.  All  conditions  for distribution
  131.    stated above remain in effect.

  133.    Users may utilize the Copy and Print features in the product
  134.    to reproduce the content for personal use,  but not for sale
  135.    or distribution  except  with  specific  permission from the
  136.    copyright holder*.  TEACHERS may use printed product content
  137.    in the classroom  as  a basis for introduction to or outline
  138.    of the subject addressed by the product.
