  1. ASTRA32 License Agreement

  4. 1. General Provisions
  5.   1.1 The copyright exclusively belongs to the ASTRA32 developer, company
  6.       Sysinfo Lab.
  7.   1.2 You can use unregistered version of the program within 14 days. Having
  8.       this period expired, you must either register the program or delete it
  9.       from all your storage devices.
  10.   1.3 By using the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions
  11.       stipulated by this License Agreement.
  12.   1.4 If you do not agree with such terms and conditions stop using the
  13.       program and delete it from your disks.

  15. 2. License Types
  16.   2.1 PERSONAL LICENSE allows using ASTRA32 only for non-commercial purposes
  17.       (for home use and by educational institutions).
  18.   2.2 BUSINESS LICENSE allows using ASTRA32 for commercial purposes.
  19.   2.3 SITE LICENSE gives you the right to use ASTRA32 on any number of
  20.       computers within one company or organization.

  22. 3. Registration provides user with a non-exclusive license for using ASTRA32
  23. on a number of computers stipulated by the purchased license.

  25. 4. Distribution
  26.   4.1 UNREGISTERED VERSION. You can freely distribute unregistered version
  27.       without changing its distributive.
  28.   4.2 REGISTERED VERSION. You have no right to sell, lease or let out on hire
  29.       ASTRA32 registered version to third parties.

  31. 5. Upgrade Policy
  32. Registered customer are entitled to free upgrades during one year from the
  33. release date of version 1.0. It means that during one year you can download
  34. and install the latest registered versions of ASTRA32 from our site. If you
  35. don't want to purchase an upgrade, you can use the program forever; it will
  36. never expire, but you won't be able to use the latest version. If you
  37. purchased the software more than one year ago, you are no longer entitled to
  38. free upgrade; however, you can purchase an upgrade to the latest version at
  39. a special, greatly discounted price, and this upgrade will allow you to have
  40. free upgrades for another year.

  42. 6. ASTRA32 IS PROVIDED "AS IS". SYSINFO LAB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL
  43. WARRANTIES. YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK. SYSINFO LAB SHALL NOT BE
  44. LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
  45. CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES AFTER ANY USING OF THE PROGRAM. RESULTS OF
  46. THE PROGRAM'S OPERATION CAN'T BE USED AS EVIDENCES OF ANY KIND.

  48. 7. You have no right neither to change, decompile and disassemble the program
  49. nor to change the documentation and distributive content.
