  1. The userlib directory is used by BlueJ as a repository of class 
  2. libraries (as either jar or zip files).  Class libraries in this
  3. directory are recognised and added to BlueJ's classpath at 
  4. start-up.

  6. Loaded libraries can be viewed via the User Library List displayed in 
  7. the Preferences dialog accessible via the Tools>Preferences...>Libraries 
  8. menu option.  Libraries placed here will be accessible by all BlueJ projects 
  9. and all users.
