  1. The dll version crash on many programs, but works correctly on the vsthost.exe from http://www.hermannseib.com/english/vsthost.htm
  2. Usualy it crash if you unload and load again the plugin.

  5. Also, it is limited to one instance (you cannot use more instances same time on the same host).
