  1. LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. "Extra Drive Creator" is distributed as try-before-you-buy. This means:
  5.  
  6. 1. All copyrights to "Extra Drive Creator" are exclusively owned by WinTools 
  7. Software Engineering, Ltd.
  8.  
  9. 2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 21 days. Following this 
  10. test period of 21 days or less, if you wish to continue to use "Extra Drive Creator", 
  11. you MUST register.
  12.  
  13. 3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use 
  14. "Extra Drive Creator". One license gives the right to use "Extra Drive Creator" 
  15. for ONE way of these two ways (not both ways!):
  16.  a) use "Extra Drive Creator" personally on one or more computers;
  17.  b) use "Extra Drive Creator" if it is installed on a single workstation used
  18.  nonsimultaneously by multiple people.

  20. The registered "Extra Drive Creator" software may not be rented or leased, but may
  21. be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this
  22. license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update
  23. and all previous versions.

  25. 4. The "Extra Drive Creator" unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed, 
  26. with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified. 
  27. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of "Extra Drive Creator"  
  28. without written permission from the copyright holder. The "Extra Drive Creator"  
  29. unregistered trial version may not be bundled or distributed with any other 
  30. package without written permission of the copyright holder.

  35. 6. Extra Drive Creator IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS 
  36. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. WINTOOLS SOFTWARE ENGINEERING, LTD. 
  37. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF 
  38. LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  40. 7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, 
  41. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or 
  42. any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. 
  43. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of 
  44. this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  46. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by WinTools Software 
  47. Engineering, Ltd.

  49. 8. Installing and using "Extra Drive Creator" signifies acceptance of these terms 
  50. and conditions of the license.

  52. 9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove 
  53. "Extra Drive Creator" files from your storage devices and cease 
  54. to use the product.
