  18. This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, this software may 
  19. be used for evaluation purposes at the user's own risk for a period of 
  20. 30 days from the date of installation. Following this test period of 30 
  21. days or less, if you wish to continue to use Digital Physiognomy, you 
  22. must pay a license fee and register. Unregistered use of Digital 
  23. Physiognomy after this test period is in violation of international
  24. copyright laws.

  27. package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the 
  28. distribution of Digital Physiognomy without written permission from 
  29. the copyright holder.

  31. There are 2 basic types of licenses issued for Digital Physiognomy, 
  32. these are:

  34. a.  A single computer USAGE license. On payment of the appropriate
  35. license fee, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use 
  36. Digital Physiognomy on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time.

  38. b. A Corporate or Site USAGE license allows anyone in the organization 
  39. making the purchase (the purchaser, the purchaser's employees or 
  40. acredited agents), to use the software.

  44. DIGITAL PHYSIOGNOMY IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
