  7.       The Online News Screensaver is shareware. This means:

  9.    1. All copyrights to Online News Screensaver (further
  10.       screensaver) are exclusively owned by the author - Michael
  11.       Sablin.

  13.    2. This license for usage screensaver on single computer only.
  14.       The user purchases one license to use the screensaver on
  15.       ONE computer. Once registered, the user is granted a exclusive
  16.       license to use screensaver on one computer, for any legal
  17.       purpose.

  19.    3. The screensaver unregistered shareware version, may be freely
  20.       distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified.
  21.       No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of
  22.       screensaver without written permission from the copyright
  23.       holder.

  25.    4. To register you must complete the registration form and send
  26.       it, with registration fee, to one of the authorized
  27.       registration sites.

  29.    5. Online News Screensaver IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO
  30.       WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE
  31.       AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
  32.       DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND
  33.       OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  35.    6. There are NO additional license fees, apart from the cost of
  36.       registration.

  38.    7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell,
  39.       modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer,
  40.       or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the
  41.       licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement.
  42.       Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and
  43.       automatic termination of this license and may result in
  44.       criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  46.    8. Installing and using screensaver signifies acceptance of
  47.       these terms and conditions of the license.

  49.    9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must
  50.       remove screensaver files from your storage devices and cease
  51.       to use the product.
