  2. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR DeviceLock:

  4.  - All copyrights to DeviceLock are exclusively owned by SmartLine Inc. 
  5.  
  6.  - DeviceLock is a registered trademark of SmartLine Inc. 
  7.  
  8.  - Anyone may use this software during a trial period of 30 days only,
  9.    on one computer of a local network, at any single time. Following this
  10.    trial period of 30 days, if you wish to continue to use DeviceLock then
  11.    you MUST register. 
  12.  
  13.  - A registered user is granted a non-exclusive license to use DeviceLock
  14.    on one computer at a time, for any legal purpose. The registered
  15.    DeviceLock software may not be rented nor leased, but may be permanently
  16.    transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license.
  17.    If the software is an update, the transfer must include all updates and all
  18.    previous versions of the DeviceLock software. 
  19.  
  20.  - An unregistered, evaluation version of DeviceLock may be freely
  21.    distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person
  22.    nor company may charge a fee for the distribution of DeviceLock without
  23.    written permission from the copyright holder SmartLine Inc.
  24.  
  25.  - To register, you must complete the registration form and send it, with the
  26.    registration fee, to one of the authorized registration sites.

  28.  - DeviceLock IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED
  29.    OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR OR SMARTLINE INC WILL
  30.    NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS NOR ANY OTHER
  31.    KIND OF LOSS AS A RESULT OF OR WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  33.  - You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  34.    decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, nor transfer the
  35.    licensed program, nor any subset of the licensed program, except as
  36.    provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  37.    immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in
  38.    criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly granted here
  39.    are reserved by SmartLine Inc. 
  40.  
  41.  - This Agreement and any dispute relating to DeviceLock or to this Agreement
  42.    shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. You agree and
  43.    consent that jurisdiction and proper venue for all claims, actions and
  44.    proceedings of any kind relating to SmartLine Inc or the matters in this
  45.    Agreement shall be exclusively in courts located in Moscow. Installing and
  46.    using DeviceLock signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the
  47.    license.

  49.  - If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  50.    DeviceLock files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
