  4. All copyrights to Task Killer are exclusively owned by RSD Software, Inc.

  8.     Task Killer IS SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AS TO 
  9.     MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY 
  10.     OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR WILL 
  11.     NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY 
  12.     OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  14. Evaluation and Registration

  16.     Task Killer is not free software. You may use this software for 
  17.     evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If 
  18.     you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period, you 
  19.     must pay registration fee. You can't sell this software or 
  20.     use it in commercial purposes.

  23. Distribution of the evaluation version

  25.     You may copy the evaluation version of this software and documentation 
  26.     as you wish, and give exact copies of the original evaluation version 
  27.     to anyone, and distribute the evaluation version of the software and 
  28.     documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. But you 
  29.     should not charge or requesting donations for any such copies 
  30.     however made and from distributing the software and/or documentation 
  31.     with other products without the author's written permission.

  33. Registered version

  35.     One registered copy of Task Killer may either be used by a number of 
  36.     users depending on the registration type who use the software personally 
  37.     on one or more computers, or installed on a number of workstations 
  38.     depending on the registration type used simultaneously by multiple people,
  39.     but not both. You may access the registered version of Task Killer 
  40.     through a network, provided that your license type covering all 
  41.     workstations that will access the software through the network.
