  7. Using or installing XPlite or 2000lite signifies full acceptance of 
  8. the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree to 
  9. the terms of this license you must cease using this software and 
  10. you must erase or otherwise destroy all copies in your possession.

  12. All Rights Reserved. Reproduction in part or whole expressly 
  13. forbidden without written consent from LitePC Technologies Pty Ltd.

  15. 1. OWNERSHIP
  16. All rights, title and interests including, without limitation, 
  17. copyrights, in and to XPlite and 2000lite are exclusively owned and 
  18. retained by the author, namely LitePC Technologies Pty Ltd. All 
  19. rights not expressly licensed to you are retained and reserved by 
  20. LitePC Technologies Pty Ltd. Any and all purchases of copies of 
  21. XPlite or 2000lite Professional are purchases only of LICENSES to 
  22. use XPlite or 2000lite and are not purchases of either copies of, 
  23. or of the programs themselves. The programs are not sold but are 
  24. only licensed strictly in accordance with the terms of this License 
  25. and otherwise remain the property of the LitePC Technologies Pty 
  26. Ltd.

  28. 2. USAGE
  29. Once registered, XPlite or 2000lite is licensed for non-exclusive 
  30. use by a single individual for personal use only. You require an 
  31. Enterprise license if you want to use XPlite or 2000lite in a 
  32. multi-user setting, or want to install XPlite or 2000lite on your 
  33. clients computers.

  35. 3. DISTRIBUTION
  36. XPlite and 2000lite are commercial products made available only to 
  37. licensed users. You, or anyone else is not permitted to re-sell 
  38. XPlite or 2000lite in full or in part. You are not permitted to 
  39. distribute any files that XPlite and 2000lite may generate. XPlite 
  40. and 2000lite may not be rented or leased, but the user license may 
  41. be permanently transferred, in it's entirety, if the person 
  42. receiving it agrees to the terms of this license.

  44. 4. THIRD PARTY LICENSING
  45. XPlite and 2000lite are installer and feature customisers for the 
  46. Windows 2000, 2003 and XP operating system(s)produced and licensed 
  47. by Microsoft Corporation. Use of XPlite or 2000lite applied in any 
  48. of its configurations may invalidate any guarantee and/or warranty 
  49. provided in your Microsoft Windows End User License Agreement(s). 
  50. Use of XPlite or 2000lite does not supersede nor does it provide 
  51. you any remedy for any guarantee or warranty that may be 
  52. invalidated by its use. All liabilities from use or misuse of 
  53. XPlite and 2000lite lie with you as the End User.

  55. (tm) Windows 2000, Windows 2003 and Windows XP are trademarks of 
  56. Microsoft Corporation and are used in this license in a 
  57. non-trademark, descriptive sense only.

  59. 5. LIABILITY
  60. THE AUTHOR AND HIS AGENTS AND/OR AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES 
  61. WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WITH REGARD TO THIS SOFTWARE INCLUDING, 
  62. WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, 
  63. FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. AUTHOR 
  64. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION WILL SATISFY 
  65. YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE 
  66. WITHOUT DEFECT OR ERROR OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL 
  67. BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER THE AUTHOR

  69. PUNITIVE, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. AUTHOR AND HIS AGENTS 
  70. AND/OR AFFILIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, 
  71. LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE OR SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR 
  72. EQUIPMENT, LOSS OF DATA, COSTS OF RECREATING LOST DATA, THE COST OF 
  73. ANY SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAM, OR CLAIMS BY ANY PARTY OTHER

  77. SOFTWARE. YOU AGREE THAT YOU ACCEPT AND ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY 
  78. FOR (A) ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF AND (B) 
  79. ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM, THE SELECTION OF THE SOFTWARE AND FOR 
  80. THE INSTALLATION, USE, QUALITY, PERFORMANCE AND RESULTS OBTAINED

  83. 6. CANCELLATION
  84. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, 
  85. decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
  86. licensed software, or any subset of the licensed software, except 
  87. as provided for in this license. Any such unauthorized use or 
  88. transfer shall result in immediate and automatic termination of 
  89. this license.

  91. 7. MANNER OF AGREEMENT/ACCEPTANCE
  92. Retention, use of and/or installing XPlite or 2000lite signifies 
  93. your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this license. If you 
  94. do not agree to the terms of this license you should not download 
  95. or use the software and you must erase or otherwise destroy all 
  96. copies in your possession.
