  108. ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a 
  109. single entity) and SourceTec Software Co. LTD for the SourceTec 
  110. software product(s) identified above. By installing, copying, or 
  111. otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the 
  112. terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, 
  113. do not install or use the SOFTWARE.

  117. 1.GRANT OF LICENSE.

  119.     Install and use the Software on a single computer and make one 
  120.     copy of the Software in machine-readable form solely for backup

  124.     as a network server, and run the Software on an internal network,
  125.     provided the number of concurrent users does not exceed the number

  128.     multi-pack license for the Software product, such as a Ten-Pack 
  129.     license, or a license to make multiple installations of the Software,
  130.     you may concurrently use the number of copies of the Software 
  131.     authorized by that purchase. Make copies of the End-User Product and 
  132.     distribute those copies for use solely by yourself or personnel employed

  138.     The SOFTWARE is owned by SourceTec Software Co. LTD and is 
  139.     protected by People's Republic of China copyright laws and 
  140.     international treaty provisions.  You may not copy the printed 
  141.     materials accompanying the SOFTWARE (if any), nor print copies of
  142.     any user documentation provided in on-line or electronic form.

  145. 3.OTHER RESTRICTION:

  147.     You may not make or distribute copies of the Software, or 
  148.     electronically transfer the Software from one computer to 
  149.     another or over a network. You may not decompile, reverse

  151.     to a human-perceivable form. You may not rent, lease or 
  152.     sublicense the Software.  You may not modify the Software 
  153.     or create derivative works based upon the Software.

  155. 4.SUPPORT SERVICES:

  157.     SourceTec provides tech support services related to the SOFTWARE 
  158.     ("Support Services"). Use of Support Services is governed by  
  159.     SourceTec polices and programs described in the user manual, in 
  160.     online documentation, and/or other SourceTec-provided materials. 
  161.     Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the 
  162.     Support Services shall be considered part of the SOFTWARE and 
  163.     subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. With respect to 
  164.     technical information you provide to SourceTec as part of the 
  165.     Support Services, SourceTec may use such information for its 
  166.     business purposes, including for product support and 
  167.     development. SourceTec will not utilize such technical 
  168.     information in a form that personally identifies you.

  171. 5. TERMINATION:

  173.     Without prejudice to any other rights, SourceTec may 
  174.     terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and 
  175.     conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies 
  176.     of the SOFTWARE.

  179. 6. NO WARRANTIES:

  181.     SourceTec expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE. 
  182.     THE SOFTWARE AND ANY RELATED  DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED

  184.     IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES 
  185.     OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR

  198.     to use the SOFTWARE or the provision of or failure to provide
