  1.           UltraFXP License for use and distribution

  3. UltraFXP is distributed as try before you buy. This means:
  4.  
  5. 1. All copyrights to UltraFXP are exclusively owned by the author
  6.    - XiuYing Yang.
  7.  
  8. 2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days. 
  9.    After 30 days, if you wish to continue to use UltraFXP you 
  10.    must register.
  11.  
  12. 3. To register you must buy UltraFXP. Check the UltraFXP web site
  13.    for details (http://ultrafxp.com or http://www.ultrafxp.com).

  15. 4. The unregistered trial version of UltraFXP may be freely 
  16.    distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the 
  17.    distribution package is not modified in any way.
  18.            
  19.       a.  The unregistered trial version of UltraFXP may not be 
  20.           distributed inside of any other software package without
  21.           written permission of the copyright owner.
  22.  
  23.       b.  Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included
  24.           on the same distribution.
  25.  
  26.       c.  If you provide an UltraFXP download at your website, you 
  27.           must mention the original UltraFXP website URL at the
  28.           same download page.

  30. 5. UltraFXP IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS 
  31.    EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  32.    NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE
  33.    FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF
  34.    LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  36. 6. There are 2 basic types of licenses issued for UltraFXP
  37.  
  38.    a.  A single computer usage license. The user purchases one 
  39.        license to use UltraFXP on one computer.
  40.  
  41.    b.  A multiple usage license. The user purchases a number of
  42.        usage licenses for use, by the purchaser, the purchaser's
  43.        employees or accredited agents, on the same number of 
  44.        computers. The number of licenses in a network environment 
  45.        must not be less than the maximum possible amount of 
  46.        simultaneous users.

  48. 7. There are no additional license fees after you buy UltraFXP,
  49.    but If you lost your key and want the author to provide a new
  50.    key file for you, you MUST write a mail to the author via your
  51.    registered mail address and attach your registration name and 
  52.    your order mail from the UltraFXP reseller.
  53.  
  54. 8. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, 
  55.    modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, 
  56.    or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed
  57.    program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such
  58.    unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic 
  59.    termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or
  60.    civil prosecution.

  62.    UltraFXP keyfiles may not be distributed, outside of the area
  63.    of legal control of the person or persons who purchased the 
  64.    original license, without written permission of the copyright 
  65.    holder.

  67.    All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by 
  68.    XiuYin Yang.

  70. 9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must 
  71.    remove all UltraFXP files from your storage devices and cease
  72.    to use the product.
