  32. Evaluation and Registration

  34. This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  35. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
  36. without charge but it has features limit.

  38. If you find this program useful and want to use its full features, 
  39. you must make a registration payment.  This registration fee will 
  40. license one user to use one copy of BadCopy on any one computer at
  41. any one time.

  43. All users will receive registration key and a copy of the latest 
  44. release when they register, or it will be made available for 
  45. downloading, and free technical support.

  48. Distribution of Evaluation Version

  50. You are granted unlimited rights to distribute the unregistered
  51. version of BadCopy Pro subject to, but not limited to, the following
  52. terms: BadCopy Pro may not be sold or resold, distributed as a part 
  53. of any commercial package, used in a commercial environment, used 
  54. or distributed in support of a commercial service, or used or 
  55. distributed to support any kind of profit-generating activity, 
  56. even if it is being distributed freely. All files must remain intact
  57. and unmodified from the original as distributed by Jufsoft.

  79. One registered copy (single user license) of BadCopy may be used 
  80. by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more 
  81. computers.

  83. The SOFTWARE is licensed as a single product, to an individual user, 
  84. or group of users for Multiple User Licenses and Site Licenses.  
  85. This Agreement requires that each user of the SOFTWARE be Licensed, 
  86. either individually, or as part of a group.  A Multi-User License 
  87. provides for a specified number of users to use this SOFTWARE at 
  88. any time.  This does not provide for concurrent user Licensing unless 
  89. specifically agreed upon and ordered as such at an additional cost 
  90. above the normal licensing fee.  Each user of this SOFTWARE must be 
  91. covered either individually, or as part of a group Multi-User License.  
  92. The SOFTWARE is in use on a computer when it is loaded into the 
  93. temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into the permanent memory 
  94. (e.g. hard disk) of that computer.  This software may be installed 
  95. on a network provided that appropriate restrictions are in place 
  96. limiting the use to registered users only.

  99. provided, either on paper, electronically, or as stored in the files.
