  1. Software License Agreement

  3. This is a legal agreement between you and Oy Frontbase Ltd covering your use
  4. of Frontbase Image to Icon. Be sure to read the following agreement before using the
  5. software. BY USING THE SOFTWARE (REGARDLESS IF YOU HAVE REGISTERED
  6. THE SOFTWARE OR NOT), YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF
  7. THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT,
  8. DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND DESTROY ALL COPIES OF IT.

  10. This is copyrighted software. The unregistered version of this software will add
  11. watermarks on the converted icon images.
  12. The Software is owned by Oy Frontbase Ltd and is protected by Finnish copyright laws
  13. and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Software
  14. like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book or musical recording).

  16. To register this software,
  17. forward the license fee to Oy Frontbase Ltd. Commercial distribution of the
  18. software is restricted without permission of Oy Frontbase Ltd. We are more
  19. than happy to allow you to distribute our software, but you must first have a
  20. license to do so. Visit our web site or contact Oy Frontbase Ltd for details
  21. on obtaining a license.

  23. Paying the license fee allows you the right to use one copy of the software on a
  24. single computer (Single User License).  You may not network the software or
  25. otherwise use it or make it available for use on more than one computer at the
  26. same time. You may not rent or lease the software, nor may you modify, adapt,
  27. translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. If you
  28. violate any part of this agreement, your right to use this software terminates
  29. automatically and you must then destroy all copies of this software in your
  30. possession. If you want to use it on more than one computer you must pay the
  31. license fee for the apropriate number of computers or buy a site license or buy a
  32. world wide license or buy a developer license.

  34. The software and related documentation are provided "AS IS" and without warranty
  35. of any kind and Oy Frontbase Ltd expressly disclaims all other warranties,
  36. express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of
  37. merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances
  38. shall Oy Frontbase Ltd be liable for any incidental, special or consequential
  39. damages that result from the use or inability to use the software or related
  40. documentation, even if Oy Frontbase Ltd has been advised of the possibility of
  41. such damages. In no event shall Oy Frontbase Ltd' liability exceed the license
  42. fee paid, if any.

  44. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Finland. If for any
  45. reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement,
  46. or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the Agreement shall be
  47. enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the
  48. parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and
  49. effect.
