  8. This License Agreement (later Agreement) is a legal agreement between you (either
  9. an individual or a single entity) and Igor V. Polyakoff as an Author and Gibin
  10. Software House company for the software product - JIT Scheduler (later Software
  11. Product). By obtaining, using, and copying this Software Product, you agree that
  12. you have read, understood, and will comply with the following terms and conditions.

  14. The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright
  15. treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software
  16. Product is licensed, not sold.
  17.  
  18. The Software Product is being provided as shareware with 30-days trial period. You
  19. have the right to use it during 30 days free of charge. After 30 days you must
  20. register and pay money or stop using the Software Product. You must register single
  21. copy of Software Product for personal use or register one copy of Software Product
  22. per each computer, where you are going to use the Software Product corporatively.
  23. "Personal use" means, that the Software Product is used by one person on one or
  24. more computers. "Corporative use" means, that the Software Product is used by
  25. several persons on a computer. In this case you must register one copy of Software
  26. Product per each computer, where the Software Product is installed on local drive or
  27. available over an internal network. You can also receive unlimited license for unlimited
  28. usage at a single site.

  30. This Agreement grants Registered User the following limited, non-exclusive rights:
  31. The right to install and use the listed in license number of copies of Software Product.
  32. The right to receive technical support.
  33.  
  34. Without prejudice to any other rights, Author may terminate this Agreement if you
  35. fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such event, you
  36. must destroy all copies of the Software Product and all of its component parts.

  38. All title and copyrights in and to the Software Product and any copies of the
  39. Software Product are owned by their Author, Igor V. Polyakoff. The Software Product
  40. is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you
  41. must treat the Software Product like any other copyrighted material except that
  42. you may install the Software Product on a licensed number of computers provided
  43. you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. You are not allowed
  44. to modify the Software Product, perform disassembling of any kind, distribute
  45. registration information and key. You are encouraged to distribute the original,
  46. unmodified and integral package freely, in any form and on any media, provided you
  47. don't charge any fee for the Software Product.

  49. Author doesn't provide warranty for the software.

  51.     2. Price
  52.  
  53. Here is the price of the JIT Scheduler 7 from March 2002. Note, the price could change
  54. since that time. Read the price on our web site to learn about latest price changes and
  55. possible discounts.

  57. The price of a copy depends on the number of copies you want to register.

  67. Schools, universities, other educational organizations, hospitals and other medical
  68. organizations have the right to 50% discount.

  70. The registered users of the previous version of the product have the right to
  71. 50% discount. Registered users are the users, who have completed the registration
  72. procedure and have paid for the registration.

  74.     3. Registration procedure
  75.  
  76. Step 1
  77. You have to send us the registration request. You can fill out the online registration
  78. form at http://www.gibinsoft.net/shareware/register/ or send us a e-mail message with
  79. required information to register@gibinsoft.net. You must provide the following
  80. information in your request :

  82.     ò Name. The name of person or company who will receive the license to use
  83.       the product. This name will be specified in registration information.
  84.     ò Company.
  85.     ò Your e-mail address. This is compulsory information. We will send
  86.       registration information and key to this e-mail address.
  87.     ò Number of copies you want to register.
  88.     ò Country.
  89.     ò State/province.
  90.     ò City.

  92. Step 2
  93. Wait while we send you the payment instructions, registration information and key. You
  94. will receive the e-mail message with your registration information, payment instructions
  95. and key file. Put this key file to the JIT Scheduler's folder.
