- Uninstallation Instructions

- To uninstall Adobe Acrobat Reader for Pocket PC 1.0, follow these steps:

- - To remove the application from the desktop, from Start, select Settings->Control Panel->
- Add/Remove Programs
- - Select "Adobe Acrobat Reader for Pocket PC 1.0" and press the Add/Remove... button.
- - To remove the application from the handheld, from Start, select Settings->System->
- Remove Programs
- - Select "Adobe Acrobat Reader 1.0" and press the Remove button.

- Troubleshooting Issues
- ----------------------

- - Ensure that you have administrative privileges on the desktop before you install the
- software. However, you do not need these privileges to execute the software after
- installation.

- - On installing without administrative privileges, you might get the following error:
- "An error occurred during the move data process: -119".
- If you do not encounter any errors during installation, you might get the following
- error when you drag and drop PDF files for transfer to your device:
- "Cannot convert file '...'. The specified procedure could not be found".

- - ActiveSync should have been run at least once before installing the application.

- - Transfer PDF files to your handheld by dragging and dropping them to your Mobile
- Device folder on your desktop explorer.

- - The Adobe Acrobat Reader for Pocket PC 1.0 does not support printing of PDF files.

- - If your handheld has a secondary storage card, please ensure that you have a folder
- called "My Documents" on the storage card. PDF files can be opened only from within
- this folder or its subfolders.
