  3. Reg Organizer software product is NOT freeware. This means:

  5. You have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the shareware version
  6. of the Reg Organizer within evaluation period of 30 days.

  8. The Reg Organizer may be freely distributed in its shareware form to third
  9. parties, provided the distribution package is not modified and the latter
  10. agree to accept the terms of this Agreement.

  12. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Reg Organizer
  13. without written permission from the copyright holder.

  15. Reg Organizer IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". 
  16. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. 
  17. AUTHORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY
  18. OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  20. You may not emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble,
  21. otherwise reverse engineer Reg Organizer or any its part, except as provided
  22. for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and
  23. automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil
  24. prosecution.

  26. Reg Organizer keyfiles may not be distributed outside of the area of legal
  27. control of the person or persons who purchased the original license, without
  28. written permission of the copyright holder.

  30. Installing and using Reg Organizer signifies acceptance of these terms and
  31. conditions of the license.

  33. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  34. Reg Organizer from your disc and cease to use the product.
