  1. Foxmail version 4.1 LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3. Foxmail is a Software manufactured by Boda Network Technical Corp. 
  4. (hereinafter referred to as "Boda")
  5.  
  6. This is a legal agreement between you and Boda with 
  7. respect to this Software.
  8. You must accept without modification all of the terms, conditions, and 
  9. notices contained in this Agreement in order to use this Software.
  10. If you do not accept this Agreement in its entirety, you may not use 
  11. this Software.

  14. End-user Authorization Rights
  15.  
  16. 1.You may install this Software for unlimited use on any number of computers.
  17.  
  18.  
  19. Distribution Rights
  20.  
  21. 1.You may copy, distribute or transmit this Software only in its entirety,
  22. including its Software, documents, version and logo announcement, as well as 
  23. this Agreement.

  25. 2.You may not sell this Software or otherwise use this Software in a commercial way,
  26. including but not limited to obtaining money or other financial gain through the
  27. selling, distribution, or leasing of this Software.
  28.  
  29. 3.You may include this Software in any bundle package which is freely distributed,
  30. and which is not used in a commercial way. Any bundling of this Software is subject to
  31. all Distribution Rights as stated in this Agreement.

  33. 4.Any commercial entity distributing this Software for the purpose of corporate
  34. branding or any marketing purpose, must obtain written consent from Boda beforehand.

  37. Other Rights and Limitation

  39. 1.You shall not take any acts of Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, or
  40. Disassembly of the Software. í@í@

  42. 2.This Software is licensed as a single product. No components of this 
  43. Software may be used separately.

  45. 3.Boda may terminate this Agreement without any prior notice,if you fail to 
  46. comply with any terms and conditions of this Agreement.
  47. In such an event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its 
  48. component parts.

  50. 4.All titles and copyrights in and related to the Software (including but
  51. not limited to any logos, images, photographs, animations, video, sound effect,
  52. music, text and applets incorporated into the Software) and any documented 
  53. data contained or obtained or upgraded online, are owned by Boda, except for
  54. title and copyrights as related to Third Party Software, which belong to their
  55. respective legal owner(s).

  58. Disclaimer

  60. 1. In the event you fail to execute the Software, no matter whether Boda
  61. has been informed of such failure, Boda is not liable for the damage
  62. caused to you. The aforementioned damage includes damage to any of your hardware,
  63. software, or loss of data.

  65. 2. Boda does not guarantee executability of the Software on
  66. all your computers.
