<p>Money updates your investment holdings in a variety of ways:</p>

<tease>Adding or removing shares</tease>

<p>You can quickly and easily change the total quantity for your investments. Open your investment account, and then click <emph>Account Summary</emph> in the left pane. At the bottom of the page, click <emph>Account Update</emph>. This method is quick and easy, but if you don't enter the price and other details, you won't take advantage of Money's tax, performance, and other features. To enter all details, you can also click <emph>Investment Transactions</emph> in the left pane, and then click <emph>New</emph>.</p>

<tease>Downloading account statements</tease>

<p>If your brokerage firm is online, you can download your latest statement to Money. After you review the downloaded information, it is automatically entered in the account register for that investment account.</p>

<p>You can manually enter interest, dividends, capital gains distributions, or other proceeds from your investments to keep your account up to date. To enter transactions, open your account, and then click <emph>New</emph> at the bottom of the page.</p>

<p>If you have Internet access, you can receive the latest stock quotes and investment prices. Or, you can enter your investment prices manually. On the <emph>Investing</emph> menu, click <emph>Portfolio</emph>, click <emph>Update prices</emph> in the left pane, and then click how you want to update your investment prices.</p>
