<p>Whether you're buying, selling, transferring, or exchanging shares within your retirement account, you can update information easily in Money. Enter the total value for each investment in your 401(k) or 403(b) account and Money calculates the difference from your last statement and adds or removes shares in your retirement account register.</p>

<li>On the <emph>Investing</emph> menu, click <emph>401(k) Manager</emph>.</li>
<li>In the <emph>Choose account</emph> box, click the account you want to update.</li>
<li>In the left pane, click <emph>Update this account.</emph></li>
<li>Enter the statement date and statement total.</li>
<li>If your statement provides the quantity and price of each investment in this account, enter the current totals.</li>
<li>If your statement only provides an account total, enter the total in the <emph>Market value</emph> column, and then click <emph>Next</emph>.</li>
<li>Review the statement details you entered.</li>
<li>Click <emph>Back</emph> in the upper left corner of your screen to change information, or click <emph>Done</emph> when you are finished.</li>
