<tease>When I use the Lifetime Planner to enter a contribution into a savings or investment account, I don't see it reflected in the rest of my Money file.</tease>

<p>The contribution will be reflected throughout your lifetime plan. However, it will not show up in your monthly scheduled transfers between accounts. If you want to schedule a regular transfer from, for example, your checking account to a long-term savings account, click <emph>Bills & Deposits Setup</emph> on the <emph>Accounts & Bills</emph> menu.</p>

<p>You'll need to enter it directly into the Lifetime Planner. Scheduling a regular transfer to an account doesn't necessarily mean you intend to make that transfer for a specific length of time or that it's part of your savings plan. Therefore, the Lifetime Planner doesn't assume your scheduled transfers are part of a long-term savings plan.</p>
