<p>Before you can get downloaded statements by synchronizing with MSN Money, you must set up synchronization with MSN Money and store your password in Money.</p>

<li>Make sure you're connected to the Internet and signed on to your Money file, using Microsoft Passport.</li>
<li>If you haven't already done so, create your accounts in Money.<alink type="prcdr" href="createanaccount.xml"/></li>
<li>On the <emph>Tools</emph> menu, click <emph>Access My Money Data on the Web</emph>.</li>
<li>Click <emph>Setup</emph>.</li>
<p>Money will connect to MSN Money to see if you already have accounts or an investment portfolio set up on the Web.</p>
<li>Follow the instructions to synchronize your accounts on MSN Money.</li>
<li>On the <emph>Summary of accounts to be synchronized</emph> page, review the information carefully, and then click <emph>Next</emph>.</li>

<p>To have downloaded statements in your MSN Money accounts synchronized with your Money file:</p>
<ol>
<li>Go to <alink type="xtnl" href="http://www.moneycentral.msn.com/banking/accounts"><emph>My Accounts</emph></alink> on MSN Money.</li>
<li>If you haven't already done so, set up your accounts on MSN Money.</li>
<li>Select an account, and then click <emph>Account Details</emph> in the left pane. You'll need to provide your sign-in credentials for that account if you haven't already stored them on MSN Money.</li>
<li>Click <emph>Link your Money accounts</emph>.</li>
<li>Select an account in the corresponding <emph>Money Accounts</emph> column, and then click <emph>Save</emph>.</li>
<li>Go to Microsoft Money and synchronize again. <alink type="prcdr" href="SynchronizewithMoneyCentral.xml"/></li>

<p>You should be able to see if any accounts have downloaded statements to be read.</p>
