<p>The following methods can help you enter <glossary tNum="287103">transactions</glossary> more quickly:</p>
<ul>
<li><emph>Right mouse button.</emph> Right-click a field for a quick menu of related options. For example, you can right-click the Amount field as you're entering a transaction to see a Previous Amounts option. Click the option to see the amounts of your last five transactions using the same category, and then click an amount to reuse it.</li>
<li><emph>Plus (+) and minus (-) keys.</emph> Click a field and then press the plus (+) or minus (-) key to increase or decrease a number, such as an amount or date.</li>
<li><emph>Abbreviations.</emph> Use the details pages to assign abbreviations for your frequently used <glossary>payee</glossary>, <glossary>category</glossary>, <glossary tNum="286966">classification</glossary>, and account names. Then, simply type the abbreviation whenever you want to type the full name and Money will fill it in automatically.</li>
<li><emph>AutoComplete.</emph> Type just the first few letters of an entry. If you've entered a name for a payee, category, classification, or account once, Money remembers it for you. When you enter a payee name you've used before, Money also automatically enters the amount, memo, category, and classification from the last transaction for that payee.</li>
<li><emph>Common transactions list.</emph> Use Money's shortcuts for each type of transaction you make regularly (withdrawal, deposit, or transfer). </li>
