<content>
<p>The <emph>Manage scheduled bills and deposits</emph> page is where you can <glossary>schedule</glossary> your <glossary tNum="287073">recurring transactions</glossary> and review, record, or pay upcoming bills, deposits, transfers, and investment purchases.</p>
<p>For each recurring transaction, the list shows:</p>
<ul>
<li><emph>Payee.</emph> Represents who gets the money when you make payments, transfers, and investment purchases. For deposits, it's where the money you deposit comes from.</li>
<li><emph>Amount.</emph> Lists the amount of the transaction. Red numbers in parentheses are withdrawals from the account. A tilde (~) means that the amount displayed is an estimate, entered when you scheduled the transaction.</li>
<li><emph>Next Payment Date.</emph> Displays when a transaction is next due, calculated based on the frequency you selected when you scheduled it. If you schedule the transaction as one-time only, the date you entered will display here.</li>
<li><emph>Frequency.</emph> Shows how often individual occurrences of a recurring transaction occur (such as weekly, monthly, or quarterly).</li>
<li><emph>Payment Method.</emph> Describes the way in which the payment will be made, or deposit received (such as Write Check, Epay, or Direct Deposit).</li>
</ul>
<p>Because Money factors recurring transactions into your cash flow forecast, it's important to schedule all of your recurring transactions to have an accurate forecast.</p>
<p>On the <emph>Manage scheduled bills and deposits page</emph>, you can edit the details of a single occurrence of a recurring transaction or the entire series. You can also set up new scheduled transactions, delete existing ones, record scheduled transactions in your account registers, and pay online bills.</p>
<p>You can choose to see a small calendar view of your scheduled bills and deposits by selecting the <emph>Show calendar</emph> check box under the list of transactions. Dates in bold have transactions scheduled for them. Click the date to see a list of transactions scheduled for that day. To hide the calendar (if you want to see more scheduled transactions on the page), clear the <emph>Show calendar</emph> check box.</p>
<p>If you create recurring electronic payments, transfers, or payment cancellations when you are not connected to the Internet and you choose to save them to send later (rather than connecting and submitting them immediately), they will appear on this page, with the status <emph>Ready to Send</emph>.</p>
