<p>For your convenience, you can send an invoice by e-mail to a customer rather than printing and sending it by regular mail.</p>
<p>To send an invoice, you need Internet access and an e-mail provider. When you're ready to send the invoice, Money will open your e-mail program and create a new e-mail message for you. You can add a note to the message before you send it.</p>
<p>You can choose to send any invoice in your Money file as the message in an e-mail, or as an attachment to an e-mail message.</p>
<p>Some e-mail programs are more difficult for Money to open. If Money can't open your e-mail program, you can send the invoice to your desktop, open your e-mail program, find the invoice on your desktop, and attach it to your e-mail message. Money can work with many free e-mail services, such as MSN Hotmail. So if you frequently send Money invoices by e-mail, you may want to consider signing up for one of these e-mail services.</p>
