<li>On the <emph>Business</emph> menu, click <emph>New Invoice</emph>.</li>
<li>Enter a customer name, invoice number, and date.</li>
<li>Click <emph>Add Item</emph>, and enter the remaining details for the item.</li>
<p>If you type a new product or service in the <emph>Item</emph> box, Money will prompt you to enter the details for the item.</p>
<li>When you're done with each item, click <emph>Enter</emph>.</li>
<li>Click <emph>Save and New</emph> to create another new invoice, or click <emph>Save and Done</emph>.</li>
</ol>
<p>When you're ready, you can change the look of the invoice, print it, and send it to your customer.</p>
<p variant="note">If you don't have an <glossary>accounts receivable</glossary> set up, Money will ask you if you want to create one. Click <emph>Yes</emph>, and then follow the instructions on the screen.</p>
