  13.                 <p>If you are converting from Money 98 or an earlier version, and you have employee stock option grants, you need to create a new stock option account, reenter any buys or sells you made in your old stock option account, and delete the old stock option account. If you are converting from Money 99 or later, your employee stock option account will transfer automatically.</p>
  14.                 <p>If you haven't <glossary tNum="286994">exercised</glossary> any option shares, you should use the New Investment wizard to create a new employee stock option account and enter each of your grants. After you've entered this information, you can delete the stock option accounts you created in the earlier version of Money.</p>
