  1. Creative Diagnostics cannot find a Creative audio card in your system.
  2.  
  3. One of the possible cause of this error is that your
  4. Creative audio card is not inserted properly in your system.
  5. Please follow the steps below and run Creative Diagnostics again.
  6.  
  7. 1. Turn off the computer.
  8.  
  9. 2. Open the casing of your computer and locate your audio card.
  10.  
  11. 3. Disconnect all plugs and cables from the audio card and unscrew 
  12.    the metal bracket.
  13.  
  14. 4. Gently remove the audio card from the slot.
  15.  
  16. 5. Align and insert the audio card back into the slot.
  17.  
  18. 6. Reconnect all plugs and cables.
