  16. Tenmiles Corporation retains all right, 
  17. title and interest in and to the Software.

  19. A Single User License permits you to use the 
  20. Software on a single personal computer 
  21. or workstation and to make one copy of 
  22. the Software in machine-readable form 
  23. for backup purposes only provided that 
  24. any copy must contain all proprietary 
  25. notices included in the original.

  27. A Site License permits you to use the 
  28. Software on any number of personal computers 
  29. or workstations at single location or site.
  30. You may make copies of  the Software in 
  31. machine-readable form for backup purposes 
  32. only provided that any copy must contain 
  33. all proprietary notices included in the 
  34. original.

  36. You may distribute the evaluation version 
  37. archive and make as many copies as you like 
  38. provided that it is the official evaluation 
  39. version archive. You are required to verify 
  40. this.

  42. You may not modify, translate, rent, lease, 
  43. distribute or lend the Software, and you may 
  44. not sell to others the right to use the 
  45. Software on your computer.  You may not 
  46. remove any proprietary notices or labels 
  47. on the Software.

  49. You may use the Documentation to assist in 
  50. your use of the Software. You may review the 
  51. Documentation, but you may not make further 
  52. copies of the Documentation.  You own the
  53. media on which the Software is recorded, but 
  54. not the Software itself or any copy of it.

  56. You may not attempt to create or derive 
  57. any of the source code or other technology 
  58. or data within the Software by disassembly, 
  59. reverse engineering or any other method.

  61. Neither the author nor anyone else who has 
  62. been involved in the creation, production or 
  63. delivery of this product shall be liable for 
  64. any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental 
  65. damages arising out of the use or inability 
  66. to use such  product.

  68. This License is effective until terminated.  
  69. You may terminate this License at any time 
  70. by destroying the Software, and all copies 
  71. thereof.
