  12. HTTPort is free copyrighted software. HTTPort is free for personal
  13. non-commercial use. You may not sell it, rent it or charge for setup or
  14. any kind of support for it.

  16. HTTPort is written by Dmitry V. Dvoinikov. All rights in HTTPort belong
  17. to author.

  19. Exclusive rights for distributing HTTPort under permission of author belong
  20. to Technology Networks LLC. http://www.technetva.com
  21.  
  22. Technology Networks is the only official distributor of HTTPort as of 
  23. current date.

  25. HTTPort is copyrighted (c) 1999-2001, Dmitry V. Dvoinikov.

  27. You may distribute HTTPort without any limitations, only if the original
  28. distribution package is not modified. HTTPort may not be distributed
  29. in any other way, be it your commercial software package or just a
  30. modified original package.

  32. You may not modify, patch, disassemble or reverse engineer HTTPort in any way.

  36. The use of this software may be treated illegal in certain situations,
  37. and since you use it - you will be violating the law. You may be disciplined,

  43. 1. Unblocking the proxy:

  45. HTTPort is intended to be used as a personal privacy tool, not
  46. as a security breach. Depending on your company, colledge, government
  47. etc. security policies you may face consequences of your using or 
  48. misusing HTTPort. I explicitly state that as an author of HTTPort I 
  49. may not be held responsible for your actions. You must think of
  50. HTTPort as of a tool - if it's sharp and you cut your finger - 
  51. tool manufacturer is not responsible for that. If you are not sure
  52. whether it's safe for you to use HTTPort - do not use it at all.
  53. You have got no option here.

  55. 2. Strong cryptography:

  57. This software includes strong cryptographic algorithms, namely RSA,
  58. 1024 bit keysize and Blowfish, 192 bit keysize. It's illegal in certain
  59. countries to use strong cryptography. Therefore you may be violating the
  60. law by using this software, which could result in severe penalties.
  61. If you are not sure whether it's safe or not in your country to use
  62. strong cryptography - do not use it at all.

  94. HTTPort is advertisement supported. If operated in "Remote Host" mode,
  95. it uses remote resourses specifically intended to support HTTPort. In
  96. order to cover the expenses of these resourses HTTPort may pop up
  97. advertisement banners.

  99. HTTPort features PRIVILEGED user status. This is a payed service that
  100. you may use if you wish to register. This service is covered with
  101. another agreement which is beyond scope of this license agreement. You will be
  102. provided a privacy policy and a license agreement during registration process.

  104. MORE LEGAL INFORMATION

  106. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,

  108. MERCHANTABLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGING. THE ENTIRE
  109. RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS BORNE BY YOU.
