  5. WinMorph is a morphing program for Windows.
  6.  
  7. Version 1.63 is now finished and is available from Phoenix.oulu.fi. 
  8. If you have seen earlier versions of WinMorph forget them. They were 
  9. full of bugs and painfully slow compared to the shiny new version 1.65.

  12. Something about the speed:
  13. ----------------------------
  14. One 320x200 frame takes about 8 secs to morph with my 386/33. RMorf for DOS 
  15. takes about 7.2 secs so WinMorph is still a little slower. Maybe it's so 
  16. because WinMorph has to run Windows at the same time. Fifteen frames takes 
  17. about two minutes while with version 0.9 it took 15 minutes.

  20. Bugs:
  21. ------
  22. Earlier versions of WinMorph had a couple of serious bugs.(Alright, there 
  23. were more than a couple.) Most of them are now terminated. I'm saying 
  24. most of them because you never can't be sure. However, the program seems 
  25. robust to me.

  28. Future plannings:(In order of importance)
  29. - Ability to load animations as source files
  30. - Port to Win32s
  31. - Triangulation algorithm
  32. - Better viewing of truecolor pictures on 256-color devices.
  33. - Better interpolation with keyframes

  35. WinMorph is Shareware. Registration fee is 150 FIM or 30 US$. 
  36. The registration includes all future versions of WinMorph.
