  3. YAMAHA Soft Synthesizer S-YG20 (Trial Version) License Agreement

  6. Yamaha Corporation (hereafter referred to as Yamaha) permits you use the S-YG20 
  7. (Trial Version) software conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms.
  8. Use of this software will be taken to mean acceptance of the following terms, so 
  9. please read the following terms carefully before you use the software.

  11. 1. Copyright and permission for use
  12. Yamaha grants you as an individual the right to use the programs and data files 
  13. (hereafter referred to as the Program) on only one computer at any single time. 
  14. The ownership of the disk on which the Program is recorded belongs to you, but the 
  15. ownership and copyright of the Program itself belongs to Yamaha.

  17. 2. Prohibitions and restrictions
  18. You may not reverse-compile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or use any other 
  19. method to convert the Program into a human-readable form, nor may you allow 
  20. another person to do so. The Program may not be duplicated, corrected, modified, 
  21. lent, leased, sold, distributed, licensed or disposed of in any other way in part 
  22. or in whole. The creation of derivative works based on the content of the Program 
  23. is also prohibited. The Program may not be transmitted over a network to another 
  24. computer without written authorization from Yamaha.
  25. Your rights regarding the Program may be transferred to a third party only if this 
  26. is done for non-commercial purposes and if the Program and all associated 
  27. documentations including this agreement are included, and if the third party 
  28. agrees to this agreement.

  30. 3. Limitations of responsibility
  31. Yamaha takes no responsibility for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages 
  32. (including but not limited to data loss or damage to data, loss of profit, 
  33. interruption of business activity, or loss of business data) which may result from 
  34. the use of the Program or the inability to use the Program, even in cases when such 
  35. damages may result or if Yamaha has received prior notification that liability 
  36. claims may be made by a third party.
