  32. <h1>Printing on Unix Platforms</h1>

  34. <p>Under Unix, the <strong>Setup and Print</strong> command allows you to</p>
  35. <ul>
  36.   <li>set the paper format (A4 or US), portrait or landscape orientation,</li>
  37.   <li>choose the number of pages printed on the same sheet (1, 2, or 4 pages
  38.     per sheet),</li>
  39.   <li>and choose the output (file or printer).</li>

  42. <p>In addition, you can:</p>
  43. <ul>
  44.   <li>select the manual paper feed.</li>
  45.   <li>generate a table of contents for the document.</li>
  46.   <li>generate a table of links, which creates a number after each link in
  47.     the document that refers to an entry within the table of links and the
  48.     corresponding URL</li>
  49.   <li>print the document URL on each page, and print the document with or
  50.     without style sheets.</li>

  54. with standard options or previous selected options.</p>
