  1. SITUATION:  Enemy forces have abandoned a container of biological research 
  2. components in (UWAO) Jennifer, vicinity grid JA062867. Friendly motorized 
  3. forces ordered to secure and evacuate the components have been delayed from 
  4. reaching the site by a sandstorm. It is feared that enemy forces will return 
  5. and attempt to destroy the components before they can be retrieved.

  7. ROE: Use of explosives of any kind is prohibited due to risk of damaging the 
  8. precious cargo.  Minimize harm to local population.

  10. MISSION: ODA 211 and Resistance forces seize and hold containers Alpha, 
  11. Bravo and Charlie at Objective Jersey vicinity grid JA062867 NLT 06 1115 JUN 03 
  12. to secure biological research components in order to facilitate evacuation 
  13. of enemy technology by friendly motorized forces.

  15. ENEMY: Government forces are composed of enemy soldiers supported by foreign 
  16. advisors.

  20. TERRAIN: The site is composed of ruined buildings and adobe walls. Visibilty 
  21. is highly restricted due to the sand storm.
