  4.           Create a subdirectory for Me & My Metabolism and copy all of the
  5.           files from the distribution disk to the new directory:

  7.                     C>md \4real
  8.                     C>cd \4real
  9.                     C>pkunzip a:\mmm120.zip  or  C>mmm120
  10.  
  11.           To access from any drive or subdirectory on your computer, you
  12.           need to add the 4real  subdirectory to your DOS search path.
  13.           Type "path" at the  DOS prompt to see  your current path,  and
  14.           add 4real to it like this:

  16.                     C>path
  17.                     PATH=C:\DOS62;C:\MYPROGS      (for example)
  18.                     C>path c:\dos62;c:\myprogs;c:\4real
