  2. This program can create and evaluate computer 
  3. circuits.  The documentation functions as a 
  4. tutorial on computer circuits.  The program 
  5. requires a 286 or later, EGA or VGA graphics 
  6. adapter and a color monitor.  It can run in 
  7. 300 KB of RAM.  A mouse is recommended and a 
  8. math coprocessor will speed up calculations.
  9. Neither mouse or math coprocessor is required.
