  2. This file contains last minute updates for Sid & Al's Incredible Toons.

  4. We have discovered that video cards with a TSENG chip set may cause
  5. the screen to flash when the program is running.  If this
  6. happens you will need to add the following line to the RESOURCE.CFG
  7. file in the TOONDEMO directory:
  8.         VIDEO = YES
  9.  
  10. This line will instruct the program that the video card is present
  11. and prevent the screen from flashing.
