  1. This is an archive of the demo version of Protel For Windows V1.02
  2. It is a full featured PCB design program with auto routing/placement, etc
  3. with all features enabled except saving work. It requires windows 3.0 or 3.1
  4. running in standard mode or enhanced mode with a reasonable amount of memory
  5. , ie above 2megabytes.

  7. Unzip the archive in a subdirectory of your hard disk, or onto a 1.2 or 1.44 mb
  8. floppy, then start windows. Use the "run" option under the program manager to
  9. run the protel setup program, setup.exe, and follow the instructions.

  11. This program is freely distributable, as it is a demo of a commercial product.
