  4. Welcome to this 'exciting' adventure. First select the mode in which
  5. you want to play - select between the following:
  6.  
  7. TAME       - no noughty words
  8. SUGGESTIVE - normal descriptions
  9. LEWD       - Never play while in the same room as your mother....
  10.  
  11. Later in the game, you'll need the maps included in the package. I have
  12. drawn these in DeLuxe Paint II, so just load them and print them out.
  13.  
  14. When walking in the catacombs, there are a few nasties there. To take 
  15. care of this use the following commands:
  16.  
  17. HOP     - every 8 move
  18. CLAP    - every 4 move
  19. KWEEPA  - every 10 move
  20.  
  21. You would never have thought of this would you ?
  22.  
  23. Before you get to the catacombs, you are going to decode a letter, and this
  24. is done by going 4 letters back in the alphabet (eg d becomes a) and 
  25. reading the message from right to left. The number in the letter should
  26. not be decoded.

  28. There is also a Scratch & Sniff included in the package. I have converted
  29. this to the Amiga, and all you have to do is (in Workbench mode):
  30. Hold down both the Amigakeys (A), both SHIFT keys, press F1 (all five
  31. keys at one time) and then press out the disk! Now smell to the status 
  32. line at the workbench. Also try F2-F10 buttons with the A's and SHIFT's.

  36. ..Goddesses once again falls into this category. Written by Steve - 
  37. Planetfall, Hitchhikers' Guide, Sorcerer - Meretzky (AND A MIND FOREVER
  38. VOYAGING !!!!! (red.)), it is a wonderful raunchy romp of a tale, full 
  39. of zany wit and weird characters.
  40.  The story starts in the dusty old town of Upper Sandusky, Ohio. Sitting
  41. in the only town bar - it is me, or does it seem that many adventures
  42. starts in bars? - you are whisked-off suddenly to Phobos to meet the
  43. Leather Goddesses who would like to use you for a few sexual experiments.
  44.  The reason behind the experiments is that the Goddesses intend to use
  45. Earth as their playground. Naturally you think everyone should have
  46. their own choice of a partner, so off you go to find an Anti Leather
  47. Goddesses machine.
  48.  Along the way you will bump into various odd-ball such as King Mitre 
  49. and his Royal Docks and Ducks. You may have heard of this chap 
  50. priviously. Earth people called him King Midas but the true legend is 
  51. entirely different. Instead of everything he touches turning to gold,
  52. it turns into 45-degree angles. The Royal Docks are interesting, with
  53. complicated names like Donald Dock and Baby Dock. I thought I might 
  54. find a What's Up dock but did not. ( WHAT ??? NOTE NOTE: there is 
  55. actually a 'Wuttz Upp Dock' !!! red. (Mr.who)).
  56.  It goes without saying that the text descriptions are up to the 
  57. usual Infocom standard - full and very descriptive. My only 
  58. complaint of an otherwise excellent game is that Meretzky has used
  59. the mode of transport albeit in a different form from that we saw in
  60. Spellbreaker. Instead of the various cubes we now have various
  61. black circles. You know what I mean - enter the circle and enter new
  62. location are. That by no means spoils the adventure; it just gives
  63. one the feeling of being there before but I love it all the same.
