  2.       To upgrade from last version:
  3.       ─────────────────────────────
  4.       Install all the files in the same directory as the old version.
  5.  
  6.          Type UPGRADE and press ENTER
  7.  
  8.       You will be asked if you want to overwrite each file. If you have
  9.       made any changes to some .KBD or other files, you should answer
  10.       'N' to skip. If you have any problems remembering which files you
  11.       have changed, print out the CONTENTS.DOC which contains information
  12.       on each file in the old and in the new archive.

  14.       To unpack AND install Terminate from harddisk:
  15.       ──────────────────────────────────────────────
  16.       Unpack the two archives A and B in the same directory.

  18.         Example:
  19.         C:
  20.         MD \TERMINAT
  21.         CD \TERMINAT
  22.         ARJ: ARJ e C:\NEWSTUFF\????TER*
  23.         ZIP: PKUNZIP C:\NEWSTUFF\????TER*
  24.         LZH: LHA e C:\NEWSTUFF\????TER*

  27.       To create installation disks: Label the disk : -TERMINATE- and......

  29.       1.2k or 1.44k Installation disk:
  30.       ────────────────────────────────
  31.       To create an installation disk just copy ????TER?._XE, INSTALL.EXE,
  32.       TERMINAT.DAT and README.1ST onto the disk and then run the DOS LABEL
  33.       program. Just delete FILE_ID.DI?.

  35.       720k Installation disks:
  36.       ────────────────────────
  37.       You need two 720k disks.
  38.       Unpack ????TER1.* on disk 1. Unpack ????TER2.* on disk 2.
  39.       Now you are ready to go. To unpack: Insert disk 1 and type INSTALL.

  41.       360k Installation disks:
  42.       ────────────────────────
  43.       You will need 4 360k disks, you will also need a program for
  44.       slicing the file in smaller parts: eg: SLICE.ARJ from DAN BBS. 
  45.       You will need to put a batchfile on the first disk that will 
  46.       'SPLICE' the files again and unpack them afterwards.
  47.       ARJ can also do this with the multiple-volume archive feature.

  52.          You cannot repack the ????TER?._XE file to another format.
  53.  Repacking this archive will violate the copyright and abort the installation
  54.  
  55.  You can, however, repack ????TER?._XE + INSTALL.EXE + FILE_ID.DIZ +
  56.  README.1ST + TERMINAT.DAT (TERMINAT.MFC) to any format you like if your BBS
  57.  prefers another archiver. It would be helpful if you kept the same naming
  58.  convention, though; eg: nnnnTERn.ARJ or nnnnTERn.ZIP or nnnnTERn.PAK or
  59.  nnnnTERn.ZOO, etc... You can include your own archive comment, although
  60.  we prefer to keep these archives completely original (some systems may add
  61.  comments automatically)

  63.    NO COMMERCIALS FOR ANY SYSTEMS OR FIRMS ARE TO BE PLACED WITHIN THESE
  64.    ????TER?.*  ARCHIVES!  Please delete any foreign files that have been
  65.    added in contravention of the above before uploading to other systems...
