  31. with no title or ownership interest transferring to you.

  40. This AGREEMENT gives you the following rights: 
  41. 1. Systems Software.
  42. You may install and use one copy of the program on a single computer,
  43. including a workstation, terminal or other digital electronic device ("COMPUTER").
  44. 2. Storage and use in a network 
  45. You may also store or install a copy of the program on a storage device,
  46. such as a network server, used only to install or run the program on your other
  47. COMPUTERS over an internal network. However, you must acquire a dedicated
  48. license for each separate COMPUTER on or from which the program is
  49. installed, used, accessed, displayed or run. A license for the program may not
  50. be shared or used concurrently on different COMPUTERS.

  56. 1. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompiling, and Disassembling: 
  57. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the program,

  61. The program is licensed as a single product. 
  62. Its component parts may not be separated.

  64. Sphinx Software reserves the right to terminate the service to you 
  65. if you fail to honor the terms of this agreement. 
  66. In this event, you will be required to destroy all copies of the program.

  68. You are not authorized to rent, lease or lend the program.
  69. 5. Software Transfer.
  70. The initial user of the program may make a one-time permanent transfer of
  71. this program only directly to an end user and this transfer must include all of the
  72. program (including all component parts, the media and printed materials (if any),
  73. any upgrades, and this agreement.) The end-user of such transfer must agree to
  74. comply with the terms of this agreement.

  80. including those covering performance or merchantability. 
  81. Because of the various hardware and software environments 
  82. into which this program may be introduced, no warranty of fitness

  84. dictates that you thoroughly test any new program with non-critical data
