  1. - add configuration files, for 'sendmail' and the directories.

  3. - make the filename-building routines smarter

  5. - add the GET and INFO command to enable common file requests, similar
  6.   to BMS

  8. - add a command to list all subscribers of a list, maybe change the
  9.   LIST command to do so and rename its current function to FIND

  11. - add a flags-file which holds flags for the following purposes:
  12.         - may anybody post to the list, or just subscribers?
  13.         - may anybody list the subscribers?
  14.         - may anybody subscribe?
  15.  
  16.   The reason I think this is important is, because some lists should
  17.   be secret and maybe encrypted!

  19. - add blacklist with banned addresses, global and local per-list
  20.  
  21. - add ARCHIVE command that sends the log-archive out
  22.  
  23. - set mail envelope to listserv-manager, sou bounced are sent to an
  24.   human user
  25.  
  26. - Any incomming mail for a list is sent only to the other subscribers
  27.   and the poster gets a receipt back:

  29.          Your Mail <id> <Subject> has been posted to the <name> list
  30.          at <current date and time>.
