  2. Apdf is a PDF document viewer based on Derek B. Noonburg's xpdf 0.90.
  3. The Amiga part was written by Emmanuel Lesueur. This distribution also
  4. contains a PDF plugin for Voyager 3, Olivier Wagner's web browser.

  6. To use it, you need the following:
  7.  
  8. - AmigaOS 3.0
  9. - a 68020 CPU or better
  10. - MUI 3.8
  11. - gzip 1.2.4 or something equivalent to the unix 'uncompress' command.

  13. And for the plugin:

  15. - Voyager 3.1

  19. To install:
  20. -----------

  22. Get:
  23.   - the Apdf_common.lha archive;
  24.   - the processor specific archive suitable for your system.
  25.   - the Apdf_fonts.lha archive if you have neither Ghostscript
  26. fonts, nor the Acrobat Reader 4 fonts, nor the standard 14 base
  27. Postscript fonts.

  29. Unpack all of them in the same directory, and double-click on 'Install'.

  31. The installer script won't scatter files in your system directories.
  32. Its main purpose is to build a suitable config file for your system.

  38. To uninstall:

  41.   - remove the Apdf directory;
  42.   - if you installed the V│ plugin, delete Vpdf.VPlug and
  43.     Data/Vpdf.config in your Voyager/Plugins directory.
