  1. Command:  %AUTO
  2. Function: This function turns the following switches either on or off:
  3.           FSERV    - Y/N - Turns the File Server feature on or off.
  4.           OPS      - Y/N - Turns Auto OPs feature on or off.
  5.           RCMDS    - Y/N - Turns Remote Command features on or off.
  6.           SOUNDS   - Y/N - Turns CTCP Sound feature on or off.
  7.           NOSOUNDS - 0-3 - Sets response to Soundfile Not found.
  8.                        0 = Do Nothing.
  9.                        1 = Notify user that you don't have the file.
  10.                        2 = Notify you that you don't have the file..
  11.                        3 = Issue GETSOUND command to user.
  12.                        4 = Issue !Nick (IBM Fserv) command to user.
  13.                 5 thru 9 = Same as above, but doesn't play Soundfile.
  14. Usage:    /MSG ?? %AUTO Switch Value
  15.       or  /MSG %?? AUTO Switch Value
  16.         (where ?? is the UserNickName of the person running MCF)
