  11. Contest.exe prepares robots for entry into the contest. The program allows
  12. you to select robots that you would like to enter into the contest. It then
  13. requires you fill out personal information and entrance fee payment methods.
  14.  
  15. The information you enter is added to your robot script files. These robots
  16. may then be sent in to the contest. No robots should be sent in to the 
  17. contest without first being prepared by the contest.exe program. For more 
  18. information, start the contest.exe program and hit the 'Instructions' button.
