  4. This program may be distributed only as it is: no files may be removed
  5. and no files may be added without my prior permission. You may repack it
  6. with another archiver and add your comments into the archive header.

  8. This program can be freely distributed, but you may not sell it. However
  9. you may charge reasonable shipping, handling and distribution fees to
  10. cover your expenses. You know that if your charges are too high, there
  11. are dozens of others to provide same services with lower disk fees.
  12.  
  13. This program may be included on CD-ROM shareware and freeware program
  14. collections as long as it is made clear that it is a collection of
  15. shareware and freeware programs and what those terms mean to user.
  16.  
  17. This program may not be bundled with sound devices, books, commercial
  18. software or anything that is being sold as a commercial product without
  19. my prior approval. If such an approval is given, it can not be forwarded
  20. to third parties and will concern only this version of the program.

  22. This program may be bundled with harddisks, floppies, DATs, floptical or
  23. magneto-optical disks, CDs etc. storage devices that are being sold as
  24. storage devices providing that no extra fees are being charged for this
  25. or any other bundled software excluding pre-installed operating systems.

  27. This program may not be sold via rack-sales without prior agreement.

  29. I'd be most grateful, if shareware distributors, disk vendors, sysops
  30. and computer clubs (and magazines :) would notify me, if they take this
  31. into their libraries and send me a copy of the review they give to it,
  32. but since they usually don't have enough time, interest or means to
  33. contact authors, that is not required.

  35. The two that courteously contacted me about the M.I.N.E.S. (ex-Minerva)
  36. have already been notified about DRoboWHOids. I hope this would give
  37. them a little advantage on the markets:
