  167. As the exclusive copyright holder for HelpGen, Rimrock Software
  168. authorizes distribution only in accordance with the following
  169. restrictions.

  171. The HelpGen package is defined as containing all the material listed in
  172. the packing list.  If any files listed in in the packing list are
  173. missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is 
  174. forbidden.  Please contact Rimrock Software to obtain a complete package
  175. suitable for distribution.

  177. The HelpGen package, including all related program files and
  178. documentation files,  CANNOT be modified in any way and must be
  179. distributed as a complete package, without exception.

  181. No price or other compensation may be charged for the HelpGen package.  A
  182. distribution fee may be charged for the cost of the diskette, shipping
  183. and handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not exceed US$8.00 in
