  4. The Time and Money Tracker (TMT.EXE) program tracks time and cost for
  5. various events.  It can be used by contractors or consultants to
  6. track the amount to charge a client.  It can be used to track
  7. the time and cost for long distance phone calls.  It can be used
  8. by engineers to determine the distribution of time to various
  9. projects.  It has capabilities for minimum amount, and material
  10. costs.

  13. One of the key features of this program is its ability to track
  14. time while the program is not running, or the computer is shut
  15. off.  When you start a timer, and terminate the program
  16. correctly (not rebooting), the program will save its entire
  17. state.  When the program is started again, it will resume, and
  18. will reflect the amount of time that has passed.

  21. If you plan track a specific event often, you should associate
  22. the extension .TIM with TMT.EXE by editing the WIN.INI file, or
  23. by choosing File.Associate from the File Manager.  Then put the
  24. name of the .TIM file on the load= line of your WIN.INI.

  27. You may have multiple timers running simultaneously.  When you
  28. close and resume a timer, it will size itself to the same size
  29. and location as when it was closed.
