  5. A.  In order to view the catalogs, you must have installed the Adobe 
  6.     Acrobat Viewer available on this CD-ROM or direct from Adobe. 
  7.  
  8. Q.  The Setup program (Windows only) on the disc doesn't run properly 
  9.     or files on the CD-ROM cannot be accessed:

  11. A.  The usual cause of this is a damaged disc. Please contact us to get a
  12.     replacement disc (contact information is at the end of this file). Of
  13.     course, before you contact us, try-try-again.
  14.     Also, clean the CD-ROM properly if it won't run, it is possible that a
  15.     brand new disc can be dirty.
  16.
