  5. This file defines the Redistributables for JBuilder Client/Server,
  6. and provides references to further deployment documentation, for
  7. the following:

  9. 1.  The generated program or component class files
  10. 2.  Borland JBCL class libraries
  11. 3.  JGL (Java Generic Library) class files
  12. 4.  KLGroup class files
  13. 5.  Java Development Kit Runtime Deployment
  14. 6.  Deployment Server for Java

  19. 1. Program Deployment

  22. Refer to LICENSE.TXT for the details of what you may redistribute.

  24. For best results, use the Deployment Wizard included with JBuilder to 
  25. create the .zip or .jar file(s) for use in deploying your target 
  26. Application, Applet, or JavaBean component.

  36. 2. JBCL Redistributables
  37. ========================

  39. For the purpose of the license(s) included with this product,
  40. the redistributables for the JavaBeans Component Library (JBCL)
  41. consist of jbcl2.0-rt.jar and jbcl2.0-res-rt.jar in the 
  42. \jbuilder2\redist directory, and/or the individual files in that archive.

  44. To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute these files under
  45. the terms of your license, you may redistribute these classes in 
  46. any of the following formats:
  47.  
  48. a) As individual class files
  49. b) As the entire jbcl2.0-rt.jar or jbcl2.0-res-rt.jar
  50. c) As class files included in your archive files, for example by
  51. use of the Deployment Wizard.

  54. 3. JGL Redistributables
  55. =======================

  57. To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute the ObjectSpace
  58. Java Generic Libary (JGL) class files under the terms of your
  59. licensing, the redistributables for JGL are defined as the 
  60. jgl3.1.0.jar file in the \jbuilder2\redist directory.

  63. 4. KLGroup JClass Redistributables
  64. ==================================
  65. To the extent that you are allowed to redistribute the KLGroup JClass
  66. class files under the terms of your licensing, the redistributables for
  67. JClass are defined as the jcbwt.jar, jcchart.jar, and jctable.jar files 
  68. in the \jbuilder\redist directory.

  71. 5. JDK / JRE / JFC / Swing Deployment

  78. 6. Deployment Server for Java (DSJ)
  79. ===================================

  81. The files for Deployment Server for Java (DSJ) are not redistributable.
  82. Deployment of the DSJ requires separate licensing - please contact Borland, International.
